I love wreath's and I use them indoors and out!
I used a pool tube from the dollar store and taped the ends together.
I then began wrapping it with denim ribbon I purchased at JoAnn's.
I love this ribbon, I think it is was the cutest!
I then attached it at the end with hot glue.
I also found this darling metal pinwheel, firecracker, and star at JoAnn's.
I cut off the metal sticks and then just hot glued the three of them onto the ribbon-ed noodle. So easy!!!
