Day 28
Today I went crazy with the Halloween vinyls I made on my Silhouette.
I used vinyl I purchased from Expressions vinyl.

Here is a before and after of my fridge. I added some bats!

On my stove I added "Bubble Bubble Toil and Trouble" with a little witch hat. Yes I know it is a little crooked.

Day 23
I have two sisters that always find amazing stuff at garage sales and thrift stores. I have never been as lucky as them. One of my sisters found these awesome candelabras and sold them to me. She probably double the price that she paid for them. LOL! Just joking sis if your reading this.

Anyway I left these at my daughters house and so she fixed them up for me. she rubbed some white chalk all over them so that they looked dusty and older.

Next a candles and a few spider webs were added and I have the perfect Halloween decor!

Spooky Pictures

Day 22

My grand kids are often spooked by some of my Halloween decorations. Imagine that! So I decided to make something with them that would look scary but wouldn't be scary to them.
I took pictures of three of my grand kids. I told them to make the scariest face that they could! This is what I got.
I then uploaded the photos to Picasa. If you don't have Picasa any photo editing program will do the same. Picasa is also free.

Then all you do is go over to editing and start having fun.
I picked up three frames from the dollar store and rubbed some black and white paint on them to make them look old.
Now we have some scary pictures to put out for Halloween, and instead of scaring the kids they love them!

Halloween Worm Entree

Day 21
*Important Note I made a major fail on these worms. Make sure you go to the bottom to see what it was, so I can save you from making the same mistake.

Pirate Skull Pumpkins

Day 16
This wasn't my original post for today. I had the pumpkins all ready to do a vinyl chevron print. So I put on the vinyl and it looked horrible. I thought of putting it with my failed projects but it was so embarrassing I couldn't. It looked like something that your preschooler would bring home to you on craft day. LOL! If you think I'm exaggerating think again. So off came the Chevron and on went some pirate skulls that I already had.

 Day 14
This costume was made by my daughter from Whims of Tim
Today I am going to show you my little guy's first Halloween costume. Woody, in baby size.

Mummy

 Day 13

I made these mummy's out of a toilet paper roll, a mac & cheese box and a 8" tall 2 x 4 piece of wood. Get creative and use whatever you've got around the house. I also used cheese cloth from the dollar store, hot glue and paint.

Before I painted these I put a rock in the mac & cheese box so it wouldn't tip over. I then taped up the top.

Toilet Creepies

 Day 12

My husband thought this was very strange that I decided to post pictures of the toilet. I made extra spiders and bugs from my post on Day 9 and so I took them and stuck them on the toilet to scare the grand kids. I know I'm a mean grandma. I didn't intend for this to be one of my Scarefest posts but I have been sick for the last couple of days and so this is what you get today.
*Please don't give up on me, come back tomorrow and see my cute mummy DIY
These were cut out from Vinyl but you can purchase stickers like this at craft stores and the dollar stores.
