Gory Hand Salad Tongs

Day 17
Today's project would be fun for any Halloween party. 
Gory Hand Salad Tongs



Once again I went to the dollar store and purchased two hands and some salad tongs.

Before you start I washed the plastic hands really good with some dish soap and hot water.  I figured if they were going to come into contact with food I wanted them clean. 

I then cut open the end for the tongs to slide into.

I slid the tongs in the openings and then pinched the hands together and taped the end, so that they would stay that way while I hot glued them.

I used plenty of hot glue and made sure the openings were glued and attached good to the tongs.

I had to play around a little with my new tongs. Ha ha.

They worked great!

Now I need to make sure to have a Halloween salad at a party so I can get some fun use out of these!

Tongs and salad bowl. Check!

    Those are hilarious. Yes, you have to have a Halloween party, and post photos of the guests expressions as they use the tongs.
