Some say it is because of it's sweetness and hummingbirds are drawn to very sweet things. Nonetheless the name sounds like the perfect cake for spring!

Rose Birthday Cake

I wanted to share this cake with you that I made for my mother for her 80th birthday party.

Her favorite color is red and even at eighty she is always made up, so I added the necklace and lipstick.
