This is one of my favorite sandwiches!
Ingredients:
2 -3 cups diced cooked chicken
1 cup finely chopped celery
1 cup seedless grapes, halved
1 cup finely chopped celery
1 cup seedless grapes, halved
1 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/2 cup Miracle Whip
1/2 cup Miracle Whip
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Directions:
Combine all
ingredients and chill.
Serve on croissants or pita bread

I love my chicken salad with grapes too!! The only thing different I do is use pecan halves!! Yummmmm!! It's 9:40am, I'm pregnant and I want some of this like right now, lol!
