Yummy Root Beer Cupcakes

Yummy Root Beer Cupcakes

Root Beer Cupcakes
1 Yellow or White Cake Mix
1 Can Root Beer (I like A&W)
3 Eggs (Optional)
Put cake mix, root beer and eggs in bowl. Mix thoroughly, then bake in the oven according to the directions on the box. Very simple!

Frosting Recipe
1 cup butter
4 cups powdered sugar
1 Tbl. root beer extract/concentrate
A few tablespoons milk if needed.
Beat room temperature butter on high with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add a little powdered sugar and the root beer extract. Beat until smooth. If needed add milk until a nice spreading consistency has been reached.
Frost the cooled cupcakes. Yum!
