I made this hamburger cake for my son's Birthday. |
I started by making a round yellow cake. I was making cupcakes so I didn't want a large cake. This is a six inch pan. |
After the cake cooled I cut of the top and bottom and ate the center. :) |
Next I made a milk chocolate cake in the six inch pan. I cut the top and bottom off and saved the center for the burger. |
For the fries I made sugar cookie dough. |
I rolled it out and cut out long strips. I then sprinkled them with sugar before and after baking. |
I also made mini hamburgers out of cupcakes the same as I made the cake. |
The kids loved them! |
She didn't want it at first but the minute she bit into it and it was sweet she couldn't get enough! |
This is amazing!! If I was a kid I would seriously LOVE this, heck I'm not a kid and I love it now!! Making a mental note of this for when I become a mom in the future or maybe just a project to do for fun now :)
