This is such a creamy yummy shake with the health benefits of coconut oil.
Ingredients for single shake:
1 cup good quality vanilla bean ice cream
1 cup whole milk (more or less depending on thickness)
3/4 cup fresh or frozen raspberries (I used fresh)
1 TBS coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
Put all ingredients into blender. Blend and enjoy!

Mr. B and I are restricting dairy and sugar. Do you think we could sub the ice cream with just ice and the whole milk with almond milk? We have been using coconut oil the last few weeks and love it!
