Halloween Skeleton Witch Head

I purchased both of these from Porters Crafts for only a dollar or two. 

I spray painted them black.

 
Then I hot glued the hat to the head.

I sanded a little bit of the face and hat. Then I took some purple tulle and glued around the hat. I added some black cheesecloth, a spider and some moss for a spooky look!

I will be adding this to my shelf!
