This is so yummy!
Ingredients:
1 cup butter
1/2 cup Dutch cocoa
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
4 eggs (beaten)
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
Melt butter in a small pan and then mix in cocoa.
With blender or in mixer add sugar and flour. Add beaten eggs and vanilla. Stir in nuts.
Pour in a prepared 9x13 inch baking pan.
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
Frosting:
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup cream
1/4 cup Dutch cocoa
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Mix together and frost warm cake
I then put a few chunks of brownie in dessert dish and poured on some homemade caramel (recipe coming soon) I added a few more chunks of brownie and topped it off with more caramel.
Serve and enjoy!
