Itsy Bitsy Spider

Day 11

For Day 11 I decided to steal one of my daughters projects from
Whims of Tim  She has some cute projects you should check out.

 Itsy Bitsy Spider Handprint Sign

I love Halloween! I am so excited that its almost here! Last year when Tracen was only a few months old I started a Halloween decoration. I got the plaque at Michael's for around a dollar and painted it orange.

Teapot Crawlies

Day 9

For this you can use any teapot. Get one at a thrift store, garage sale or DI. The older the better. Mine is not old and after I was finished I wish I would have gotten an older one.
Then go ahead and add your bugs. You can do this a couple of different ways. You can use a stencil, and color in with a sharpie and then bake at *350 for 30 minutes. You can also check out the dollar or craft stores for stickers. I used a Silhouette and cut out mine.

Creepy Shrunken Head

Day 8

This creepy little project started out with a head and some hair gel, both from the dollar store and a pickle jar.

Halloween Party Drinks

Day 7

Sometimes we just don't have time to make and print our own labels and you want to have some fun party drinks. I found a site that you can just order some fun drinks with fun labels. If this is a family friendly party be careful what you order, some of the bottles would be inappropriate for that. Here are two cute ones I liked.

Swamp Slime Martini

Day 6
This was so fun and easy to make. Very inexpensive also. Makes a cute Halloween decoration for the shelf!

All you need is a glass (I got mine from the dollar store). Some glue and a skewer. Then I got the eyeballs from Michael's craft store.

Chandelier

 Day 5
We are already on day 5 and I want to thank all of you for your comments and visits. This project is one of my favorites.

I think Chandeliers and Halloween just go together. First if you are lucky enough to have such and awesome wall as this, you just got to put a chandelier on it. My son and his wife painted and stained this wall and then painted the bricks on the wall to make it look old. I love it. If you want to see more of their work go here.

I then got a chandelier from Silhouette and cut it out. I had to do it in two separate pieces because it was to large.

Chocolate Graveyard Bundt Cake

 Day 2

This is a great little dessert when you need something quick. It would also make a great little treat for a neighbor, teacher or party, you name it.
I first purchased both these items at the dollar store and then washed them with some dish soap since they would go on the cake.
Then I purchased this yummy Triple Chocolate Fudge bundt cake from Smiths for only $2.99 and it really is yummy and moist!
